Interested in all project types and challenges, Michael's services include: site and building design, agency review & entitlements, permit applications, CEQA, marketing images, 3D modeling, energy analysis, green advice, solar applications, water harvesting, historical preservation, adaptive reuse, and interior design. Michael is also experienced with design build and construction management team approach.

A former partner in the Architectural firm of Lutz Seng and Boudreau, Inc. Michael opened his sole proprietorship in 2000. From downtown San Luis Obispo, located only a few blocks from City and County Offices, Michael's office is well positioned to serve the Central Coast, the Central Valley and most California Coastline Communities.

Born and raised in Mexico, Veronica is fully bilingual. 

Prior to joining Michael, Veronica was a partner at Davison Sanchez Architectural Services for 5 years in Fresno. Veronica is now located in San Diego. Veronica has a B.A. in Environmental Design from San Diego State University. 

Michael Boudreau brings 28 years of experience and innovation to each building opportunity. As a client responsive organization, Michael and his staff strive to make a positive difference in people's lives. Balance, communication and teamwork contribute to produce quality buildings.

Michael's project experience includes custom homes, corporate and private office buildings, retail, light-industrial, education, worship, childcare, museums, agricultural, adaptive reuse, and buildings on difficult terrain.

Veronica Joined Michael Boudreau in the summer of 2012.

Her professional relationship with Michael Boudreau starts in 1990 with Lutz, Seng & Boudreau, collaborating on a wide variety of Residential, Commercial and Educational projects until 1999. 

Veronica‚Äôs project experience is varied, and includes medical facilities, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, sustainable design, Williamson Act properties and interior improvements for a broad range of clients.
